Great breakfast and excellent staff! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a casual meal in the area

Tastey food great breakfast and lunch. Dinner service stopped last fall. Sadly. Service is always always friendly. Typical diner with tables. Booths and counter seats. Prices are best in town.

Best breakfast while in the area on vacation. We only got take out so I can't say much else but it was great.

The best diner in the area, hands down. Food is always delicious, and a special shout out to Flo and Namaija, who are always so sweet and attentive. The corned beef hash is properly crispy, as are the fries, and the burgers are delicious. A win!

The food is exceptional along with the waitress. Good food at a reasonable price. My wife and I live in Cairo NY and visit Bob's restaurant at least 3 times a week.

This was our first visit to Bob's Restaurant. We picked it because we enjoy eating at diners and we were not disappointed. While the building exterior is older (but clean) the food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. Our meals were well presented, fresh, and delicious. Portion size was above average. The menu offered something for almost any diner's taste. We got a Giro wrap with fries(extra), a chicken souvlaki pita, and rice pudding. My wife was impressed by the pudding saying "it is my Mom's" Service was friendly and informal while not intrusive. We came less than an hour before closing time but felt no pressure to hurry our meals. (Though we did leave right at their closing time of 4:00 PM). Overall Bob's Restaurant is a place where you can get a delicious, quick, relatively inexpensive meal in a family friendly environment. We definitely would go back.

As a consulting engineer I'm on the road a lot and Bob's is exactly the diner experience I'm seeking. Jessica and Namashia are wonderful.

Far from the trendy strip of Hudson that has funky shops and cool sounding coffee joints, is Bob's Restaurant. Off a main commercial strip that could be anytown USA is an unadorned and unapologetic dinner incredibly similar to the one in Dirty Harry. Counter, booth and table service with a comprehensive menu divided in categories. Excellent service, coffee cup constantly refreshed with a price tag of 1.68. Not cute or quaint, not stylish but a throwback to the way things used to be... exactly as described in so many reviews before mine.. good, old fashioned food and service for a fair price served with a smile and conversation. They even have Liver & Onions on the menu...
